How we work

Audit first. Fix the measurement. Then manage the spend.

Every engagement starts with a paid audit, because managing an account you can't measure is guessing with someone else's money. Audits start at $3,500 USD and ongoing management at $3,000 USD a month.

The four steps: audit, fix the measurement, manage the spend, test

Accounts we have worked on

Who this is for

It works when the account is big enough to be worth measuring properly.

Most of the brands we work with sell online, generate leads at volume, or run multi-location healthcare. What they have in common is enough spend that a wrong read on performance costs real money.

A good fit

Spending $10,000 USD a month or more across channels, or earlier than that with a plan and budget to get there

A decision maker who can sign off on the engagement directly

Willing to fix conversion tracking before scaling spend

Wants to know what each channel is actually returning, not what the platform reports

Ecommerce, lead generation, or multi-location healthcare

Not a fit

Looking for a vendor to execute without any say on measurement or targets

Want someone to run the account without an audit first

Judging performance only on in-platform ROAS

No plan to grow the spend and no budget for the audit

The process

Four steps, in this order, every time.

Each step produces something you keep, whether or not you continue to the next one.

01

Paid media audit

Every conversion action, what bidding is pointed at, change history as far back as it goes, brand versus non-brand, lost impression share. Findings presented live, with a prioritised fix list you can hand to anyone.

What you get

Written findings document and recorded walkthrough

Fix list ranked by revenue impact

From $3,500 USD, turned around in 2 to 3 weeks once we have access and data

02

Fix the measurement

Conversion tracking rebuilt around the actions that matter, offline imports where the sale happens off the website, attribution set up so the platforms and your own numbers can be compared. In healthcare this includes the compliant layer so no patient data reaches Google or Meta.

What you get

One primary conversion per campaign, with values

Tracking documentation your next team can read

A baseline you can test against

03

Manage the spend

Google Ads and Meta, run against the targets set in the audit. Weekly reporting where every figure carries its own label and traces back to the account. Decisions are documented, so you always know what changed and why.

What you get

A senior team leading the account, no junior handoff

Weekly report and a standing call

From $3,000 USD a month, 3-month initial term then month to month

04

Test what the platforms claim

Geo holdouts (turning a channel off in some regions and counting what goes missing), budget tests, and a media mix model once there is enough history. Tests are designed and the stop rules written before they start, so the result is the result.

What you get

A read on each channel's incremental return

Budget moved on evidence, not platform ROAS

Included in management, scoped per test

What it looks like in practice

One account, start to finish.

MER up 25% after multi-touch attribution replaced platform ROAS as the budget signal.

Audit, then measurement rebuilt with Northbeam’s multi-touch attribution alongside GA4, then budget moved between channels on the unified read instead of each platform’s own number.

How we operate

Things you can hold us to.

You own everything

Ad accounts, tracking, data and documentation stay in your name. If we part ways, nothing leaves with us.

Platform numbers are a read, not a verdict

In-platform ROAS is one input. We compare it to attribution, holdouts and your own revenue before moving budget.

Every figure is labelled and sourced

Reports show where each number came from. If we can't trace it, it isn't in the report.

Decisions are written down

What changed, when, and why, kept in a log you can read. Change history in the account tells only half the story.

Pricing

Both are fixed scope with a price agreed before any work starts.

Questions we get

Before you book.

Can we skip the audit and go straight to management?

No. Managing against broken tracking means every decision is a guess, and the audit is where we find out what's broken. It's also credited toward management if you continue.

Do you white-label for agencies?

Under specific circumstances, yes. If you run an agency and want to talk it through, get in touch and we'll see whether it fits.

What do you need from us to start?

Read access to the ad accounts, analytics and the website's tag manager, plus an hour with whoever owns the revenue numbers. Everything else we pull ourselves.

Who actually does the work?

A senior team leads every account, across Google, Meta and measurement. There is no handoff to a junior team after the sale, and the people who present the audit are the people who act on it.

Start with the audit.

A 30-minute discovery call to look at your accounts, your targets and whether the audit will pay for itself. If it won't, we'll say so.
