Disconnecting Grayvault Bookkeeping Automation

Grayvault Bookkeeping Automation is an internal application used solely by Grayvault Consulting Inc. for its own QuickBooks Online bookkeeping. It is not offered to, or used by, any third party.

How to disconnect

Access can be revoked at any time from within QuickBooks Online:

1. Sign in to QuickBooks Online.
2. Select Settings (the gear icon), then choose Apps. On some layouts, Apps appears in the left-hand menu.
3. Open the My Apps tab.
4. Locate Grayvault Bookkeeping Automation and select Disconnect.

What happens when you disconnect

Disconnecting immediately ends the application's ability to access QuickBooks Online data. Locally stored OAuth tokens are invalidated and may be deleted. No further data is retrieved from the company file. Details are described in the Privacy Policy.
